Arcadia Community Church Preschool has 2 immediate openings for infant/toddler teachers (children 6 weeks through 3), and a floater/breaker for both our infant and preschool programs. We are looking for qualified, loving, motivated, patient and energetic teachers who are self-starters, possess a fun spirit, and who love Jesus and love kids. The main qualifications are: #1: a committed follower of Jesus Christ, #2: have a passion for children, and #3: have completed the 12 core ECE units including 3 Infant units.&nbsp; We are a Christian church preschool offering education in a developmentally appropriate and loving way and we provide childcare services for children from six weeks through kindergarten. We believe in play-based learning to develop a child spiritually, socially, emotionally, and physically. Infant/Toddler Teachers, Floater, Breaker

Purpose:To develop the Children’s Ministry of Arcadia Community Church (ACC) in ways that support the effective delivery of the church’s mission. I.	AccountabilityReports directly to the Director of Family Ministries establishing a systemic format of reporting the various areas of responsibilities stipulated below, on a regular basis through effective communication addressing areas of progress, areas of need or improvement, implementation of plans, monitoring methods and other strategies, while working closely with church volunteers and staff. II.	Areas of Responsibility Administrative and Teachers1.	To analyze and establish quality Christian education by developing a systematic curriculum leading children into spiritual awareness, development, and maturity.2.	To develop and plan teacher’s schedules based on program needs and volunteer’s availabilities.3.	To develop systems whereby teachers are reminded of their assignments and supported as they enter their classrooms.4.	To provide and ensure that teaching materials, supplies, equipment, and classrooms are set for children’s ministry needs.5.	To establish effective methods of communication with all the teachers providing training and orientation as needed to ensure an effective children’s ministry.6.	To supervise all schoolteachers as needed to ensure that they are devoted to their assignment from start to finish for the day; making sure that the classrooms are cleaned and returned to their original state and all materials used are properly stored away for the next person, etc.7.	To develop procedures and training plans for all teachers in order to increase deeper involvement and an effective children’s ministry.8.	To provide adequate orientation and support for all teachers in order to increase teamwork. Children’s Ministry and the Church1.	To model teamwork and be an effective and efficient builder of the children’s ministry team providing support and understanding for a cohesive ministry.2. Children's Ministry Coordinator

PURPOSE:&nbsp;This position will identify, formulate, develop, and sustain an effective leadership for our worship activities, which will recognize, support and further Arcadia Community Church’s (ACC) mission.&nbsp; I. ACCOUNTABILITY&nbsp;Reports to the Director of Administration and Facilities, establishing a systematic format of reporting, the various areas of responsibilities stipulated below, on a regular basis, addressing areas of progress, areas for improvement, implementation of plans, monitoring methods and other strategies.&nbsp; II. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY&nbsp; A. WORSHIP ADMINISTRATION OF TRADITIONAL SERVICE&nbsp;1. To demonstrate teamwork and be an effective and efficient member of the staff team.&nbsp;2. To establish and ensure effective communications to Head of Staff and Director of Administration and Facilities, church staff and members.&nbsp;3. To lead weekly Worship Team meetings in through debrief planning meetings, discussing, analyzing, coordinating, and organizing tasks for smoother worship services ahead.&nbsp;4. To work closely with Head of Staff and the Worship Committee, in scheduling and implementing a focused, meaningful, and reverent worship experience for all who attend the worship services.&nbsp;5. To demonstrate effective delivery for worship and spiritual upliftment for all through music, during Sunday worship services, and at other agreed times, promoting a passionate relationship to God.&nbsp;6. To recruit, provide audition, develop, and sustain a strong team of vocalists and musicians to support the needs of the Music Ministry.&nbsp;7. To monitor and evaluate performances of singers and musicians responsible for leading the worship services, through meetings, reviewing audio/ visual recordings of themselves etc.&nbsp;8. To develop various choirs including children and adults, bell choirs and singing groups from the congregation as the church grows.9. To provide a blended worship service that meets the needs of the community and congregation and supports the focus of each weekly or special service.10. To give spiritual leadership, mentoring and discipleship to everyone participating in the worship ministry.11. To find and invite bands and singing groups to enhance worship services.12. To develop and sustain relationships with schools, college, and university music departments.13. To be responsible for selecting/arranging/and distributing music.14. To conduct and plan band and choir rehearsals.15.To provide a long-term strategic plan for the Music Ministry that fits with accomplishing the mission and vision of the church.16.
